Who would like to purchase 50 Cents’ mansion in Farmington, Connecticut. It formerly belonged to Mike Tyson.
The home has 19 bedrooms, 37 bathrooms, an indoor basketball arena, looks like a large size work out room, a real nice indoor swimming pool, and many many more prestigious areas. It looks more like an elite lodge then a home.
That is why 50 Cents is trying to sell it. He wants more of a home. The place is too large and it gives him the feeling that he is staying in a hotel.
There is even a nightclub where he can have 1500 people come play and enjoy the evening. Does it bother the neighbors? No, they are too far away to hear anything.
Back in 2003 he purchased the house for 5 million dollars.
In 2007 he put it back out there looking for a buyer at 18.5 million dollars. Since he had no one seriously interested, after two years on the market, he lowered his price by 3.6 million dollars to $14.9 million.
I can’t imagine dropping the price of my house 3.6 million dollars. Maybe $300.
