Peter Glazebrook loves his prize winning onion. On September 16th, Peter was showing his huge onion at The Harrogate Autumn Flower Show that took place in Harragate, England. He is hoping to have one for the Guinness World Records. The previous onion that won was 7.495 kg. As long as Peter isn’t disqualified for some reason, his onion may be the next record breaker. This is certainly not an onion to cry over. The actual weight of his huge onion is 8.150 kg. I really doubt it will ever be diced up for cheese coneys.
