Do you think anyone would dare to cross the Niagara Falls on a wire? Surely you all thought: “Of course not, no chance”. Well, you would be wrong. Famous American acrobat Nick Wallenda successfully completed this task few days ago. Twenty-five minutes walk over five inches thick wire delighted all the viewers (Americans and Canadians) who watched unusual passing over the U.S. – Canadian border. The news soon spread all over the world, and Nick has become a real star. Nick was tied by a safety rope, but this does not diminish this great adrenaline venture. Can you imagine that you walk on a rope while a dense fog is around you and the water below you?

Although this has been strictly forbidden since 1896., the authorities have made an exception for Nick Wallenda, because they thought that this was a good way to promote tourism. And it was the smart thing to do! More then 100 thousand people watched Nick, and whole world is now talking about him! Nick said that it was his big dream since childhood, and he also announced his next project. This 33-year old acrobat plans to walk the Grand Canyon too. That walk on the rope will be longer and therefore more dangerous but Nick is not scared. He comes from the famous acrobatic family who perform under the name The Flying Wallenda’s. So it’s no wonder that Nick dream about this challenge since he was six!

Nick said that he wanted to inspire people. So, look at the video and let him realize his goal. Of course, do not try to walk on the rope, because it requires lots of exercise and training, but be brave and do something you fear.
