Pulls out his own teeth.Ian Boynton, an Iraq veteran, could not find a dentist that would take NHS patients.

Since he had 13 teeth that had been bothering him, and not the funds to pay a dentist to take care of them, he pulled them out himself.

Ian took a pair of pliers and yanked every tooth out that had been giving him some really bad pain.

Ian is 42 years of age and lives in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

He has not been to a dentist since visiting the army dentist back in 2003.

He hasn’t been registered as a patient at a dentist since 2001.

When he pulled his first tooth, he expected it to hurt a lot worse then it did. He figures that maybe the nerve had died from him messing with it so much.

He pulled the 13 teeth over a time period of two years. He only has two teeth left in the top of his mouth.

Now that he has pulled so many of his teeth himself, he has found a dentist that will take NHS patients. Just a little too late to save his 13 teeth.
