A British man’s passport photo was rejected – because his bald head was too shiny. Ian Down the journalist was registering for a passport in Victoria, Central London when a clerk had his passport-sized photo disapproved as the glare from Ian’s bald head resulted in a mark in the picture. The clerk explained that some countries might not let Ian in if they saw it.
