A Naples man gets busted for celebrating his birthday in a novel way. In conjunction with his 32nd birthday July 30, 2007, Levi Zachary Humphrey decided to strip himself and jumped into the shallow water by the Goodland Bridge. Marco Island police officers was receiving complaint about someone swimming naked and a boat was sent. One of the officers, Cpl. Michael Kovar ordered the naked guy to return to the shores. Humphrey, who was apparently drunk, was shouting loudly and splashing the water. The guy was then being carried out of the water, charged, and may face up to 6 years of jail. source
