Hollywood star Kate Hudson is currently being sued for stealing the idea of using volcano ashes to make a hair product. Reportedly, Hudson and celevrity stylist David Babaii agreed orally with 220 Laboratories to manufacture a hair care product. The main ingredient would be none other than the volcanic ashes of Vanuatu Islands of the South Pacific. The problem came when Babaii later on turned to another company, namely Universal Packaging Systems Inc, to develope the product instead. The lawsuit was filed on Friday, at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
