Who would go into a bank they were about to steal from and ask about their own personal account first?
That is just what Jarell Paul Arnold who lives in Anchorage did. To do this he handed over the identification number shown on his statement and an ID with his picture on it.
Then the mindless thief proceeded to hand the teller a notice stating he was armed and desired a lot of cash.
FBI has reported that Arnold did carry off $600 but it didn't take them too long to find him after all, he had already gave all his information to the teller.
He was booked on federal bank robbery charges after the bank teller gave the police the full facts on him. His name, bank account number and the picture ID.

When a man tried to threaten him with a knife, the cab driver to save himself sprayed deodorant, which was at disposal at the thief. It was a routine evening pick up for the taxi driver from a casino. The passenger seemed a little juggled up and was giving out various destinations in a very confused manner.
The taxi driver suspected the passenger was waiting to find a place with less or no people at all. That is when he got alert and grabbed a can of lotion which turned out to be his deodorant and placed it up close to him for safety.
When the driver was finally pulling over a destination the passenger directed, the passenger pulled out a knife and thrust it against the driver’s neck and demanded money. Good for the driver that his body odor fighting device helped him out to blind the thief.
