The excuses
When you get married, you promise to be faithful until death do you part. Many people do not really give this a lot of thought when they meet someone they are attractive to. Some think as long as you don’t get caught it’s alright. Then there are the ones that use the excuse that their wife doesn’t understand them or their husband ignores them. This makes them feel better about what they are doing. In the heat of the moment, who really stops and thinks about it anyway.
She committed adultry
Antonio C, a resident of Rome, puts a lot of weight on the words to death do we part. When he was going through an aged chest containing letters he had never seen before, he found love letters that had not been written to him. The husband, Antonio went right to his wife, Rosa C and inquired about these love letters. He was so upset with his wife having committed adultry. Even though it had been years since the incident happened, Antonio told her he wanted a divorce. Till death do we part means just what it says.
Not able to forgive
It was back in the 1940′s when Rosa C committed adultry with her lover. She mailed love letters to him while they carried on in secret. Why she had the letters in her possession, I do not know. Or if the letters were from her partner in the affair. Who ever did write the letters Antonio found doesn’t matter at this time. The letters upset her husband of 77 years as he read them right before Christmas. Even though most of the years they had been married had been post the affair, that did not matter. What mattered was in the first few years of thier marriage, she betrayed him. Antonio could no longer remain married to someone that had done such a thing to him. Antonio has filed for a divorce.
