Being In Shape

Do you think you are in shape? Of course no one could think they are fit after watching the Olympics every day where you can see all these athletes who have trained their whole life for this very moment. You must be justifie that by the fact that they are constantly training and that you simply can not compete with them and we totaly agree with you. But what would you say if the person who is more in shape than you is several times older than you? Imagine competing in the 100 meter race with your grandmother and find out that she has won, you would immediately think that you are living the scene from the movie “Cocoon”?

Vital 90-Year-Old

After seeing this video you will feel awful if you haven’t done at least one sporting activity today. Thanks to Dr. Bells love to pole vault, his sons have also fallen in love with the sport, like Earl Bell who won a silver medal in the pole vault in the 1984 Olympic Games.
