This was a rather interesting find. No one knows just how the marijuana floras came to be in pots sown by the towns parks and recreations section. The floras found were not newly planted or just started from seed, they were 3 feet in height.
The planters were hung from light post throughout the downtown area of Millville New Jersey. The officers who responded to the call from a traveling by citizen had to use a ladder to reach the plants.
No one was taken into custody as of yet but it has been sustained that the plants found are marijuana.
