Who says fire station is immune to fire threat?

fire stationA fire station in Tokyo, capital of Japan, was caught on fire after a firefighter left a cooking stove unattended. Ten fire trucks were deployed from other stations to assist in putting out the fire.

According to officials, the firefighter unintentionally left the stove burning, as he was out to answer to emergency calls. He was the only staff left in the station to prepare dinner for his fellow colleagues.

After this incident, the fire department is now considering to outsource their dinner instead of having their crew to do the cooking.
