Woman declared dead by insurance agency
The Swedish woman was shocked to receive the news of her death from a letter posted to her mail box. Though the woman might be cancer-bound, however, she was not yet ready to accept the fate of dying. This incident was one of the most ridiculous that an insurance company could have ever made.
According to the spokesperson, the letter was posted by mistake and the company deeply regretted for such mistake to have taken place. The company had admitted the case to be of human negligence. Apparently, the admin officer who was processing multiple documents at that time had caused some mix-up.
The insurance agency has since implemented new operating procedures, reassuring clients that such mistake would not occur in the future.
